- A practical resource, explored by Redeeming Productivity, called Roam Research. A helpful breakdown and worth a look.
Relationships
- Understanding emotions in your couple relationships is key. Here are three ideas on how to do it better.
- One of the amazing things about the Christian faith is that it is not just a “spiritual thing”. It reconciles the physical and spiritual. Along that line here are three ideas for reigniting your sex life with more intimacy and fun.
Leadership (self or others)
- Whether leading yourself or others, the challenges can lead to discouragement or even cynicism. Check out 6 reasons why and how to fight that dynamic.
- Want to lead/steward your life not just in length but quality? There is more to us than our physical bodies but not less. Interesting stats with fuller sections on each of the summary points (source). My appreciation for God’s design of the body was enriched. At the least, the first two were fascinating.
- The Repair Circuit: We need to stress our bodies a bit to activate that repair circuit.
- Eat Less Often: You don’t need to starve yourself. Limiting your food intake to 8 hours a day is probably the most comfortable way to get notable results.
